I am a dreamer, an artist, a guide, and a weaver of subtle threads \u2014 between color and emotion, between body and light.<\/strong>
Through painting, energy work, and embodied presence, I invite people to reconnect with what feels most alive within them.<\/strong><\/p>

When you come to me, you don’t have to explain anything.<\/p>

I listen \u2014 with full attention to what you say, and to what is palpable in the room. Making me able to\u00a0feel along on a deeper level: within your system, your family system, your energetic field, and how this translates into your daily life. In this way, we often quickly get to the core of what is really going on.<\/p>

My way of working is intuitive, holistic, and at the same time very grounded.<\/p>

Perhaps what characterizes my work the most, is the lightness that enters.<\/p>

I bring humor, gentleness, and playfulness into the sessions.<\/p>

For it is precisely there that movement arises & space is restored.<\/p>

Through coaching, energy work, sound, color, NLP, massage techniques and other transformative practices, I guide others to integrate shadow and radiance, realign with their inner purpose, and step into their sovereign being.
